Discussions and seminars on this topic are going on everywhere these days. Educationist is presenting his opinion. Expressing their ideology, opinion.

The good thing is that there should be a brainstorming session on this topic. But this brainstorming should be done by high-ranking officials and people at every level working in the education sector. And not on the table or on the stage, but by going to the people and talking to them, brainstorming should be done.

Is foreign universities coming to India a challenge or an opportunity?

Both in my opinion. Foreign universities are welcome in India. But let's consider both the challenges and the opportunities.

 Challenges –

 1) Will this university adopt a new national educationl policy?

 2) What will be the ratio of senior officials and students in the university?

 3) What will be the university policy, objective security?

 4) What will be the proportion of local or Indian jobs?

5)Selection of students should be done on merit basis through all recognized examinations.

 6) The quality of university should be same as main university.

 7) The basis on which the quality management system of the university is to be established should be fully scientifically disclosed

 8) There should be coordination between foreign universities and Indian universities

 9) Education in a foreign university should be useful to the society.

 10) There should be a university with global assessment

 11) University's working procedure, rules, outline, commercial plan, economic cultural plan, social political cultural purpose should be considered.

 12) Whether the university is going to be located near a city or village or its location is in rural India or in urban areas for the purpose of providing concessions and facilities in that regard.

 13) Concession for poor prospective students

 14) Impact on Indian university after coming of foreign university.

 15) Migration of teachers and non-teaching staff from Indian universities towards financial empowerment.

 16) Financially able

Admission of a student to a foreign university.

17)Possibility of formation of economically strong and weak groups.

 18) Quality based comparison of Indian universities with foreign universities.

 19) Political economic cultural interference.

 20) Clarification whether academic oriented university or research oriented university as mentioned in Indian Education Policy

 Now let us consider opportunity

 1) World level high technology education will be available

 2) There will be an opportunity to exchange knowledge, research and intelligence of global level education, teachers and students.

 3) Global competition will benefit society

 4) There will be economic cultural educational ideological development of the country

 5) Common children from rural and urban areas will get opportunities at international level

 6) Educational, agricultural, health, in fact all social, political, economic and cultural problems can be solved.

 7) It will raise the conceptual level

 8) Research environment will be created

 9) Concessions in research, knowledge, quality level will increase

 10) Education, knowledge, research will benefit.

 11) Financial, mental ideological, social political cultural educational strength will be gained.

 12) Illiteracy rate will decrease

 13) Computer literacy will increase

 14) The quality of engineering, medical, pharmacy and other professional education will improve

 15) By universally accepted education and research on environment, prutvi, vayu, agni, aakash, jal i.e. Panchamahabhuta so that the future problems e.g. Earthquakes, storms, floods, epidemics e. This can be remedied. Also the

Scientifically, technology enabled education can be done.

 thank you.
