 Research is where we see a terribly nervous scientist experimenting in a laboratory and the world is doing something new by making a different gesture.  All this in the movie. 

 Now we will explain the actual research and its activities.

 Research means   Creating something new.  Or find a new one in the .  Now how to do research.  What will it take?   So we need a topic for that.  That means we are going to do our work on the project.  Now there are many branch wise types of research projects.  As per your project literature review, survey, methodology, results and summary of your work 

 Patents, copyrights, research paper publications are important for public recognition. 

 Now the research center should collect all these papers like Scopus, SCI, WOS, UGC, peer review  and put them in  ranking. 

 Now the second point is research proposal.  There are many private and government organizations in India and abroad that provide funding for research.  Just apply. 

 Now how to write a proposal.  It is a skill.  Learn it from an expert.  And he used to write in his own handwriting.  If there is a need, importance to society or technology, the project is selected and a good amount is given to the inventor.  They should do research using it properly.  What should the research center do now?  Information about various types of private and government funding agencies should be made available.  Teach how to write a proposal.  Once the project is selected, its documents should be prepared.
