The future of us and our nation / city is the election of public
leaders/municipal leaders. The election of public leaders/municipal leaders is
based on the votes of the common citizen. But we should consider some important
things while choosing a public leader/municipal leaders.
We have not compiled the information
about how a corporator/municipal leaders should be initially by referring to
various religious texts, it is as follows: According to Chanakya Niti, a
public leader/municipal leaders should
have business skills and strategic foresight. According to Krishnaniti,
a corporator should have service spirit,
love of justice and people's gathering. According to Vidurniti, a
corporator/public leader should have truthfulness, devotion to religion and
sacrifice for the people.
According to Dharmashastra, a
corporator /public leaders should be a guardian of religion and a protector of
the people.
According to Arthasastra, a
corporator/public leaders should be transparent, love of justice and
development-oriented.
Also, according to the Puranas, a
corporators / public leaders should be an officer or servant who ensures the
welfare of the society, village or city. His work is prescribed for religious,
social, administrative and for the benefit of the citizens. According to the
references taken from the eighteen Puranas, the expected performance and work
of a public leader / corporator:
1.

In summary, the work of a public leaders
/ corporator is not limited to administration only, he achieves the
development, prosperity and welfare of the city / society / nation in
religious, social, economic, educational and cultural aspects.
Now, according to the above texts, does
the person we are going to choose have a study of our society, its people, its
five elements, namely, land, water, air, (Environment), fire (temperature,
pressure in the atmosphere) and sky (i.e. changes in the sky and their effects)?
Do
you think that a public leaders/corporators needs knowledge of the five
elements?*
But friends, don't laugh. My aim is that
he needs to know and study every detail there.
Value education should be known
to him. Again, the difficult word value education here means that he should
have qualities such as honesty, humility, duty, diligence, hard work,
perseverance, love, generosity, tolerance, service, equality of all religions,
etc.
He should have foresight, thinking
ability, idea formation, cleverness, management, and most importantly,
trustworthiness.
All are for the good of all and all are
happy. Expressing this sentiment, some modest expectations
